Valencia

Most design conversations about AI are about output. Valencia was build to answer questions about process. It's a website framework that turns Claude Code into a consistent production partner, replacing ad-hoc AI output with a single well-defined system: 23 mode-aware blocks, a four-mode token architecture, and a documented rulebook that keeps a codebase coherent across months of work.

The result is a team that moves faster without losing craft. Projects reach 80% from a wireframe, and the remaining 20% is where the real design craft happens for transformative outcomes.

I designed and authored the framework independently, on my own time, and am actively bringing into our production pipeline at Temper and Forge.
