A creative agency's sense of its own financial health can often be emotional. Lose a client and it feels dire. Win one and it feels great. Neither tells you whether you can make payroll in March. I built a tool to provide our leadership team with a clear picture of our financial well-being.

The design problem was accounting for multiple contract structures with our clients: fixed retainers, variable hourly work, and milestone-based projects each behave differently, so any honest forecast has to model them separately before combining them.

The result is an easy to use platform that surfaces recurring revenue against overhead, projects twelve months out, and flags slow erosion early (like a client whose billed hours have declined three months in a row).
